鎢銅材料是鎢和銅的一種合金，綜合了鎢和銅的優點，耐高溫、耐電弧燒蝕、強度高、比重大、導電、導熱性好，易於切削加工，並具有發汗冷卻特性，作為真空觸頭材料、電極材料、電子封裝材料以及火箭、導彈特殊用途材料等廣氾應用於機械、電力、電子、冶金、航空航天等工業。
我公司採用等靜壓成型－高溫燒結鎢骨架－滲銅工藝，生產含銅量為6-90%的各種大型、異形件。產品純度高，組織均勻，性能優異；採用模壓成形、注射成形可生產各種片材、杆材、管材、板材和形狀複雜的小型制品
Tungsten –Copper alloy is the composite of Tungsten and Copper which own the excellent performances of Tungsten and Copper, such as heat-resistant, ablate-resistant, high-intensity,high-density, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. It is easy to be machined. It is used widely in such industries as engine, electric power, electron, metallurgy, spaceflight and avigation.Using CIP formation, sintered tungsten skeleton and infiltrating copper (silver) technology, large size and special shape products of tungsten-copper (silver) composites with 6-90 percent of copper are produced, such as electric contacts, electrode, refractory parts, heat sinks and parts of rocket. We can also produce sheet material, tubing, plate and other small products by mould pressing and MIM.
